• Platform refers to the Fyfikoy website, web application, and all associated services available at fyfikoy.com.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, learners, and instructors. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

To use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or have verifiable parental or guardian consent if under 18;
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
• Not be prohibited from using the Platform under applicable laws.

We reserve the right to refuse access to any individual who does not meet these eligibility requirements or who has previously violated these Terms.

All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

You may use the Platform solely for lawful, personal, non-commercial educational purposes unless you have entered into a separate written agreement with us permitting commercial or institutional use.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, or otherwise exploit any Content without prior written consent;
• Use automated tools, scrapers, bots, or similar mechanisms to access, collect, or index any part of the Platform;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, network, or database connected to the Platform;

• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users or instructors;
• Post or transmit content that is defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or otherwise objectionable;
• Circumvent any security or access control measures on the Platform;
• Use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair its operation.

5.3 Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

6.1 Service Description

Fyfikoy provides online educational services focused on budget adjustment strategies, including group sessions, individual sessions, and personalized learning paths. The specific features, formats, and availability of sessions may vary and are subject to change.

6.2 Scheduling and Attendance

Session schedules are provided through the Platform. You are responsible for attending sessions you have enrolled in at the designated times. Rescheduling or cancellation policies, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of enrollment or purchase.

6.3 Instructor Conduct

Instructors on the Platform are responsible for delivering accurate, professional, and appropriate educational content. However, Fyfikoy does not guarantee specific learning outcomes or results from participation in any session or course.

6.4 No Professional Advice

Content and instruction provided through the Platform is for educational purposes only. Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, legal, investment, or professional advice. You should seek qualified professional guidance before making any financial decisions.

7.1 Fees

Certain services on the Platform require payment. All applicable fees will be clearly disclosed before you complete a purchase. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the stated amount to your chosen payment method.

7.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment card details. By making a payment, you also agree to the terms of the applicable payment processor.

7.3 Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the specific service purchased. Refund terms will be stated at the point of purchase. We reserve the right to deny refunds where services have been substantially delivered or where misuse is suspected.

No Content may be reproduced, distributed, or used outside the Platform without our express written permission.

8.2 User-Generated Content

If you submit, post, or share any content on the Platform, including comments, questions, or materials, you grant Fyfikoy a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with the operation of the Platform. You represent that you own or have the right to share any content you submit.

8.3 Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the Platform may be used by us freely and without obligation or compensation to you.

11.2 No Guarantee of Availability

We do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. We may suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without notice.

11.3 Educational Outcomes

We make no guarantees regarding specific educational outcomes, skill acquisition, or financial results from use of the Platform or participation in any course or session.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fyfikoy, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or €50, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fyfikoy and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the Platform;
• Your violation of these Terms;
• Your infringement of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights;
• Any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Platform.

14.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@fyfikoy.com or by using any account deletion feature available on the Platform. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as provided under our refund policy.

14.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to other users, instructors, or the Platform.

14.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification, shall continue to apply.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific services, constitute the entire agreement between you and Fyfikoy with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings relating to the same subject matter.
